How did we get our start?

The garage origin story rings true for Orca. It started in our Washington home’s garage after a molle EMT pouch spilled contents, the 3rd failed first aid pouch that year. Frustrated with faulty gear, we decided to create our own durable solution, birthing Orca from the ashes of those disappointing pouches.

What problem are we solving?

Most gear failed: rips, straps, bad design, stuck zippers, bad molle. Cheap=low quality. Maxpedition & 5.11 durable but costly. Finding affordable yet high-quality gear was a challenge.
