How to make RB48 talk with RB48P?

RB48 can’t talk with RB48P directly because they have different CTCSS/DCS settings.

You can turn off CTCSS/DCS,RB48 can talk with RB48P directly.

In the standby state of direct call mode,press the [MENU] key twice,adjust the CTCSS/DCS number to “00”.

Why is RB48 always in transmitting state?

Please don’t worry, this is because the VOX function is turned on on the walkie talkie. In the standby state of direct call mode, press the MENU key 4 times, VOX will be displayed on the screen, and the VOX level can be set.

How to set the vibration reminder function？

In the standby state of direct call mode, press the MENU key 8 times, and the screen will display “U1”

Press Up or Down key to select ON and OFF

Press PTT key to save the current settings and exit the menu

Why is the RB48 LCD display easily scratched?
