Media outlets in Waco reported that a number of flights needed to be diverted to the central Texas metropolis on Sunday because of weather-induced turbulence.
Waco is 90 miles north of the state capital metropolis of Austin and 90 miles south of Dallas-Fort Value Worldwide Airport.
